Plex supports TV order and DVD order today. It looks like it would be straightforward to rename them to match the DVD order, and then you could edit the show in Plex and change it to use the DVD order.
Consider voting for this Plex feature request.
Recently, TVBD implemented a feature called “Flexible Seasons” which is really useful for shows like Money Heist or Chilling Adventures of Sabrina where the most commonly used order is not the original order.
Currently, the API does not support this feature, but I would really like to see this feature implemented into Plex as soon as possible.
