The SSA format of the arabic subtitle looks distorted (many characters looks as “?” or “rectangles”
the encoding of the subtitle is already UTF-8
The problem happens with all players (TV, windows and android)

Thanks for your reply but that doesn’t solve the problem. The subtitle is already encoded as UTF-8 and most of arabic characters show normally except some of them look distorted as question Marks and rectangles. Please note that, everything works fine until plex media server version 1.18.7.2438. The problem appeared after this release.
