DLNA on LG TV stopped working after PMS update

I just updated to PMS 1.1.3.2700 and my DLNA stopped working. This has been working flawlessly for a while now. I tried repairing the installation, and still the same issue. The Plex Server shows up on my TV, but “No Files” is shown instead of all my folders like it used to.

I had this issue about a year ago after updating, and a full removal and re-installation resolved this.
This is not the case this time. I fully removed it (add/remove programs, appdata, and registry) and then installed the newest version 1.2.0.2716 hoping this would resolve the DLNA issue.

Unfortunately, I am still having the same issue. Any help here would be appreciated.

PMS on Windows 7, i7, 8GB RAM
DLNA is enabled. I even disabled and re-enabled it hoping it would trigger something.

Thanks to sa2000 this has been resolved. All you had to do is add the IP address of the TV you are using DLNA on. Make sure to set that IP as a static IP (DHCP Reservation).
