I’m having so much trouble with plex. I have downloaded 2 movies with winx dvd (Microsoft) and only the first is showing up. It involved me playing with the app for 20 mins before it did. The second movie has not show up yet. I have changed the name twice and reripped it, deleting the eldest file before starting the new one. I was told that it would be easy for me to store my movie library on an external harddrive and be able to watch them thru the plex app. I am not finding this easy and there is no one to contact to help me. I don’t want to buy a subscription to something that isn’t going to work since I’ve already spent money on a hard drive and winx dvd.
