I am not sure why, but since January, none of the movies files that I add to my hard drive are being uploaded to Plex. I have never had a problem in the past with the close to 2,000 movies that have had info uploaded to Plex. I have scanned the forums and support articles but have not been able to solve this issue.
Any support or ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

did you try anything to see if will appear in library ? how are your server library settings ?
are your files properly named ?

Seven_: Thank you. As far as my server library settings, they are the same as the pic shown in your post. Yes, my files are properly named, I looked into that as well. All of my files are named exactly the same, and everything loaded properly up until January of this year.
Still no luck with new movies appearing in my library. Anyone have any advice?
Doesn’t appear that Plex is seeing your external drive.

I just had to edit my library, go to add folders, and choose the folder where all of my Movies are stored on my hard drive, and it started adding the past few months of movies that I had. Not sure why I had to do this now as I thought it was set up correctly in the past, but either way, my problem is solved. Thank you for your help!
