movies is not showing up on plex app but only on pc
Please clarify a bit.
To which Plex app are you referring - web interface, mobile apps, Smart TV apps, etc?
What is meant by “only on pc”? The file is listed in Windows Explorer, but not in Plex? Something else?
Also, please provide a directory listing, screenshot, etc of how you have the movies named and organized, including file extension (mp4/mkv/etc).
Plex has file naming & organization guidelines. If you stray from them too far, Plex may have trouble recognizing the movie/show/etc. See Naming & Organizing Your Media for guidelines.

The drive change name from the old name of the drive on plex but it only works on the plex media service on my windows pc
and plex media server on pc
If you changed the location of the media or you changed the drive letter where your media is stored, you will have to edit the corresponding Plex library to pick up the new location.
It looks as if you have two movie libraries, Pokemon Sword and Surprise Trade.
Where are the file locations for those libraries?
Please provide a listing showing the full path including file names.

How do I edit the corresponding Plex library to pick up the new location
It is similar to adding a folder to a new library.
Move your mouse over the library name. Click on the three vertical dots. Choose Manage Library → Edit. This brings up the edit window for a library. Choose Add Folders. Add any new folders, remove any incorrect folders, and save changes. If Plex does not auto-scan the library, then choose Scan Library Files to perform a manual scan.
