Docker on Unraid no longer working after recent docker image rebuild

Server Version#: 1.16.4.1469
Player Version#:

I am using the limetech plex docker on Unraid.

I recently deleted my docker image from my server when upgrading my cache drive and after restoring all my appdata folders I am trying to access my plex server through the Web UI and the home page is saying “There was an unexpected error loading the homepage” and when I try to add new media to my libraries nothing is happening. I can still play media that I had added to Plex previous to doing this appdata restore and rebuilding the Plex Server docker from my template but am completely lost as to what is going on now.

I can attach logs but I don’t see an option to anonymize them. If I download them and post as is will it have sensitive info?

From what I gathered once the official Plex docker came out limetech stopped building theirs.

Can you switch to either the official Plex docker or I use the Linuxserver.io Plex docker.

I have been trying to find an explanation on how to do so without losing my watch history, artwork, add history, ect but have not been sucessful. Every time I try to use the Linuxserver or official Plex docker nothing is importing as it was with the limetech was. I believe it has to do with my volume mapping but am unsure how to configure that the same way as my limetech docker.
Do you have any suggestions on where to look into how to do this?

How do you have your limetech docker set up?

This is how mine is set up…
Fairly similar.

How would I point the new docker to pull all the settings and such from the limetech one? I’ve been told to point the appdata folder to the appdata folder from the limetech docker. The other day when I tried this the Linuxserver docker did not map the location of my media correctly and couldn’t play anything. Would I need to delete the Movies, TV, ect Paths and just create one called Media?

Yeah I would remove “Movies” “TV” and “Music” and add one called Media and point it like you have your limetech one.

Thanks, that worked! Don’t know why that was so hard for me to figure out but I finally understand what volume mapping is lol
