Docker Plex cannot optimize "Could not write files to disk"

Server Version#: 1.17.0.1709
Player Version#: 4.8.1

Been having a problem with optimizing my media. As the title suggests, I get the error: “Could not write files to disk”

Server Facts

  • Debian 9
  • Plex running in a container: plexinc/pms-docker:latest
  • There’s plenty of free space (1+tb extra)

Can anyone help me figure out why I cannot optimize?

Edit: Adding the fact that I get 500 internal server errors when I try to download logs or db. DB is optimized, no problems transcoding live, and generally, everything else has been working great.
