Converted files cannot be written to the server's disk

Since I updated Plex Server this morning (Windows Server 2019), I’m no longer able to “Optimize” videos. Error: " Converted files cannot be written to the server’s disk"

This was working fine last night and permissions on dir’s are all correct.

I tried optimizing a video that I did yesterday without issues, which fails since updating Plex server ( Version 4.74.2).
