TVDB tells me that it is called The Star Beast

Try → Doctor Who {tmdb-239770}/S00E01.mp4 if you want tmdb episode ordering. The series does not have a year yet (2023) as these are specials and tmdb only starts the years when season 1 comes out which has not yet for this show. So the hint matching of 2023 won’t work.
