Do you have a question?

Please help - trying to watch Docurama via Apple TV. It was working well until a week ago. All else on Live TV is working well. Bob

is it showing an error, or just a spinner or what do you see when trying to play the channel?

Thanks! When selecting Docurama there is lots of buffering and then a overlarge sort of thumbnail appears in the upper right quadrant of 3yr old Samsung TV via Apple TV. There is a double ended arrow present to enlarge the image but really unable to activate it. I admit to being olde and doddery and beyond able to figure it out. All else Plex wise on Live TV is functional. Thanks for helping.

I cannot reproduce that issue myself on my Apple TV with that channel. But I am asking others to try.

May need to get your apple tv logs if you think you can get them

Just wanted to confirm you are in Canada. it seems to be an issue with that as it seem to work fine in the US

Thanks for being there. It’s a movie with Peter Sellers. LOVE IT. Bob

Hi, tried quite a few more times to launch it. Got the big arrow activated but instead of launching a screen wide image, the image disappears and a return to the doc channel listing occurs. I did turn on the logs and reduced the streaming rates to bare minimum altho I do have 300mbps down (available).
What I don’t know is how to get the logs to you. Float them downriver?

So one of our employees in Canada i also experiencing this issue so unfortunately this seems to be a regional thing not a device specific thing. We think the channel provider may have changed the restrictions to US only. We are contacting them to confirm that is the issue and if they can fix it but this unfortunately is usually not a quick process.

Yes. Am in the great white north.
Think that the logs I tried to collect were courtesy of PLEX. BOB

Hey Mr Wheel, many many thanks for your untiring effort. Glad that you were so persistent. Confess to being a dummy with the forums and admit to being too lazy to pay attention and thusly am glad of having a big wheel like you to get to bottom of it. Bob

Mr Wheel, a BIG miracle!! Kept trying to resuscitate DOC, nearly daily with little hope, but just now it is alive and well. Thankfully I have an 8% cold beer to celebrate with. Many thanks for waving your magic wand?? Bob
