Does deleting album delete pictures?

Just for the sake of other folks seeing this. There are actually two types of photo albums.

1. ones which are basically sub folders in your photo library

• deleting this type will delete the folder and everything in it from your computer. You will get the warning about removing from Filesystem. ( this option will only be available if you have “allow media deletion” enabled as mentioned above)

Which is why I took (and still take) great exception to the decision to rename photo playlists to ‘Albums.’ Unnecessary, manufactured ambiguity.
