So I decided to listen to some of my music but then I noticed that some albums songs were not showing up and some albums were gone completely.
I decided to go check in windows file explorer to check if those files are there, but they were gone, deleted.
I have attached the log file, and if it helps, some of the albums that were deleted were Ella Mai by Ella Mai and After Hours by The Weeknd. Both albums had FLAC format music,.
I don’t see any references to either of those albums in your logs going back to March 13. Whatever happened must have been before that. Do you have the option enabled to allow deleting your media? If you don’t need that, leave it off.
Not really. Plex has no mechanism for automatically deleting music files. There is a setting for tv show episodes, but not for music. If that setting was enabled before, maybe someone else with access to your devices accidentally hit delete not reading the warning that it deletes your files? Or something else deleted the files and PMS just updated to match.
