I saw someone say it does, but another person says they can’t get it to dual boot. Can you confirm if it works from SD card?
Yes. Works fine with WeOS 3+. Just updated and booted from NAND to SD card.

Hey mate - how does the Wetek Hub remote respond for you ? I installed one for a friend, and the remote works fine in the menu, but when the movie plays, the remote doesnt work… ?
@nielsvdp
I haven’t had the included remote stop working just during playback. However, it’s IR is weak sauce and I find it unreliable. I use a WiFi airmouse keyboard remote with some IR programmable buttons instead. I use the new remote to ‘learn’ the power button’s IR signal from the included remote to dual boot. Works much much better.
The only downside to these remotes as they all seem to have a few buttons that use keyboard codes not recognized by OpenPHT.
Here is the one I’m using with the WeTek Hub. I use some other similiar models with different quirks or features with rP2/3s and my oDroid C2s.
@benjaminwolf - thanks for that - yes, the IR is weak. However I am using a Harmony remote and hub, I have perfect response. Seems that the remote itself is daft and low quality.
I will have to see if the user finds it acceptable, and then come up with a solution.
thanks again.

No problem. You are correct, the remote’s IR emitter is exactly the problem. The IR receiver on the unit (including the extension receiver) works just fine with a better IR remote.
