I can’t find a way to open a support ticket. I pay for Plex so I expect someone to deal with my issues, unreasonable?

True? Yes.
Plex is careful to state that they don’t provide support for Plexpass users. The community forums are support.
They don’t talk a lot to the community
They don’t fix a lot of bugs
They don’t give support
Looks like a fully consistent behaviour to me.
