The latest server update is a complete disaster. Does plex employ any QA testers or do they let their customers do all their work for them?
They do.
When said, remember that PlexPass releases are beta releases!
I had multiple issues with tv shows that would no longer play. Backed off one release and everything works fine. I recommend you pull that last release and don’t subject the public to your mistakes.
