Does Plex Pass guarantee access to the Plex Cloud beta?

I would love to test this out and I am wondering if Plex Pass guarantees access to this feature.

In it’s current limited access Beta, no.

Starting today, Plex Cloud, our new, premium offering, will be available to a limited number of interested Plex Pass users who want to participate in the invite-only beta program

How do I get in the Beta?
Sign up for access to the Plex Cloud Beta. Please sign up as soon as possible to ensure your spot. Plex Pass holders will be given priority to join the Plex Cloud Beta. Remember, Plex Pass lets you experience the very best of Plex.

But if you look at the Features page of Plex.tv, https://www.plex.tv/features/
It list Plex Cloud as a PlexPass feature so as soon as this limited access beta is over, based on this page it will be included with a PlexPass subscription

Folks - it has been over 6 weeks since I signed up for the beta and I am a lifetime subscriber to PlexPass. Someone please help me get access? Plex moderators? I think I got missed or stuck somewhere?

There still are numerous problems with the Plex Cloud and I believe the developers will be keeping it in a quite limited beta. They “may” add some folks to it fairly soon as it has become more usable and more stable but it is still quite obviously early beta.

Invites to the Plex beta will happen as they happen and I very much doubt that any type of requests or pleading will make much difference as to who gets invites or when the invites happen.

No one should be looking, at this time, to use Plex Cloud as a primary Plex solution. It is just too buggy and flaky to use on a regular basis. But it is getting better and I “think” it may become a usable solution in the future.

The Plex Cloud still lacks a number of features like channels, video thumbnails and others and I believe that Plex will move slowly adding features as they have to take into account both the operation of the system but also the load on Amazon’s system and Amazon’s “rate limiting” that seems to still be adversely impacting playback for many.

There are a LOT of desperate pieces that have to come together at each step and Plex will move deliberately at each stage to avoid hitting a wall of multiple failures that could happen if the progression is too fast.

There is no “premium” beyond Plex Pass. So having a Plex Pass is all you need for either DVR or Plex Cloud when and if Plex Cloud exits its currently stalled beta.
