Is anyone using a VPN with plex? Does it work fine with a VPN? If, yes what are your VPN Suggestions?

I have a question - why do you want to use a VPN when using Plex?

Plex is known not to work well or at all with VPN’s. YMMV and results aren’t guaranteed to work consistently.

Yes, it does work with a VPN. But for the last few months I’m having playback problems with just about all movies, I get this annoying sound stutter. I don’t get this on my Win 10 laptop, so I’m guessing it hasn’t got anything to do with the VPN.
