Does Plex works with a VPN?

Is anyone using a VPN with plex? Does it work fine with a VPN? If, yes what are your VPN Suggestions?

Yes, it does work with a VPN. But for the last few months I’m having playback problems with just about all movies, I get this annoying sound stutter. I don’t get this on my Win 10 laptop, so I’m guessing it hasn’t got anything to do with the VPN.

I’m getting sound hiccups and streaming is also not that smooth, I often lose my connection. I don’t think it’s my internet connection since I have no problems with YouTube and Prime Video. I had this problem on Mikey and Better Watch Out.
