Does PMS store copies of content that has been transcoded for syncing?

I’ve looked through the forums and most questions regarding location of synced content relates to where it’s stored on the device it’s been synced to, but I’m wondering if PMS keeps a copy of the transcoded media after the sync to mobile device is complete. If so, where is it stored on the server?

Only until the sync process has been completed successfully.
You’ll find those transcoded files by default in the folder
Plex data folder / Cache / Transcode / Sync+
