Does "prefer downloaded content" exist on MacOS Plex Player?

Just wondering if I’m missing the setting for “prefer downloaded content” on MacOS.

I suspect it just doesn’t exist, however I’ve reached the feature suggestions area and can’t find anything (so I’m suspecting this might exist and it’s my eyes that are the problem here).
