Doesn't recognize .mp4 .avi formats

Hi friends, I had to reinstall my plex server from 0.
and now it doesn’t recognize .mp4 .avi formats.
for now it only recognizes .mkv formats.

It is possible that something is marked that prevents it from recognizing these formats.

my version of plex server is 4.59.2
