Dolby Vision Demo files?

I’m looking for some Dolby Vision test files to see if my ATV4K Plex > Onkyo > LG C9 setup is working. I had a 4K copy of Top Gun (mp4) that was reportedly DV but the movie would not play properly via Plex or Infuse (only DV fie I have so…).

I found some links to some files online but they were either outdated or the server failed due to “overuse”.

Here’s a couple of sites with DV demo files. Plex support for DV is still a work in progress. No idea how or if these files work with ATV4K, Plex LG client, Shield, etc. See this thread. Seems ATV4K supports DV Profile 5 only.

So I dropped these demos into Plex and played them through my ATV4K and the Dolby content did NOT pass through (TV did not see the DV signal and the colors were way off). Since Disney+ Dolby content does play through the ATV4K, I know it can.

I then used the LG smartTV Plex App and the Dolby came through just fine (as indicated by the “Dolby Vision” popup on the TV.

I’m truly confused as to the difference…Does the ATV4K Plex app differs from the LG Plex app?
