Dolby Vision does not play/display wrong color on iOS and iPadOS devices

I’m using the same version of Plex and iOS 15 on both iPhone 12 Pro Max and iPad Pro 11 (2nd generation). Both Dolby Vision in MP4 and MKV containers does not play properly. DV in MP4 showed wrong color, DV in MKV does not play at all (DV in MKV with playback quality set to Auto plays ok but display wrong color, with playback quality set to Original, it won’t play). I made sure selected playback quality is original.

Both devices support DV Profile 5 playback. I tried playing DV in MP4 with Plex on LG TV (OLED 55" C7), Dolby Vision logo popped up when started and video can play just fine with correct color. I have not had a chance to try DV in MKV on LG TV.

I can provide both DV in MP4 and DV in MKV containers samples if you need them.
