Depending on your TV the mode will be different so it’s not something we can currently predict. Depending on your TV as well there will be a few modes that support 23.976Hz but don’t support Dolby Vision. I’m hopeful in the future we can figure out away to determine which mode supports Dolby Vision…

Nvidia also seems to be struggling with the DV implementation on the 2019. While they had a hotfix for color space that works well for my Lg C8, my Sony xbr 900f is giving them problems. I have to keep the color space switch off in order for DV to work properly
