Hello together,
I have a question in terms of the notifications preferences. Especially the notifications for release announcements.
I marked them for discussions and comments to receive them by email. All seems to be fine except the Plex Media Server. This topic I don’t receive. All other topics or discussions will be received.
Has anyone a solution or a suggestion how I can receive the comments?

Since you are not involved this this ‘thread’, you must ‘bookmark’ it.
And then activate notifications about bookmarked threads as well.

But why I receive from all other topics in release announcements the new entries and not from server, without bookmarking.
But OK for now. I have bookmark all topics in release announcments I am interessted in an I will see.

Did you perhaps activate the notifications on a per-forum basis?
Then you should indeed get notifications from all threads in there, without bookmarking them.
Is it possible, that some of these go into your SPAM folder, because they all contain similar content?

Yes thats it. I activate the notification on per-forum in my profile to get mails when a new release is available. I get all notifications without PlexMediaServer.
Nothing from plex goes to SPAM folder. I’ve my own server I had distributed some rules. May be that this rule is the mistake.
I will check it.

thanks for yours thourghts on my problem. I found the mistake in my sieve filter on my server. So all seems to be fine now.
