double input from remote (cec)

Whenever I try to select something, it always double my input.
So one arrow down registers as 2 on rasplex, same for OK, it always doubles the input.
I tried changing the delay time between repeats but that didn’t work.

I have a Philips TV and a Harmony one remote.

You are definitely not using lirc?

I found the solution, in Harmony software I was able to change REPEAT from 3 to 2 for my TV and now it works perfectly!

If you have a Harmony with the Harmony Hub, I’d recommend ditching CEC and IR and instead control rasplex directly from the Hub via Bluetooth. Works really well. https://forums.plex.tv/discussion/225575/harmony-elite-harmony-hub-with-bluetooth-working

Damn, I know this is old, but I just came across it. I have an LG tv with a standard remote that is doubling the input and cannot figure out for the life of me why.
