hi, im the only one who has download feature on android not working? when an episode reach end of download it says it can’t be downloaded, swipe for remove,click to retry
tried many devices and app versions, also beta
on windows plex client no problem so far. any advice?
there’s plenty of space and authorization are fine, app side on android

So the download never finishes? Mine finish downloading, but it is a pot shot. Some play, some say it cant access my external storage, and some say i dont have an internet connection. This app is bwconing worse and worse.
inside console on pms i can see this particular error when trigger download android client side

in 9.2 not work at all. same season and shows asked to download as text

please try to add plex.direct to your dns rebind protection inside your router.
wipe plex cache app and retry. for me it worked
Same. Samsung s10+, downloading episodes is hit or miss, if it does actually finish, when i watch with no cell service, i get errors that my signal strength may not be strong enough. Sometimes it glitches a few minutes in, the audio plays from the start, the video is a fast forward scan from the start to whatever point i was at. I skip back ten seconds and everything is fine.
Most aggravatingly, it keeps stopping with 5 minutes left in an episode, and when i try to restart it just hangs like it’s loading.
These are all with episodes downloaded onto my phone, not streaming.
Also, it seems like everytime there is an update it wipes my sidebar and i have to repin everything…
