Download of media can’t be cancelled (Again?)

I started a download on an Android Plex connection and it was stuck at Initializing downloads… so I cancelled the download from that device.

Logging into the Linux Plex server via web indicates that the download is still being sent. I looked for a way via the web GUI to cancel the download, but nothing found. I then looked for a way through the same GUI to just restart the plex service, but nothing found.

I removed the Android device from the server, Authorized Devices and signed back in hoping the download would be “officially” abandoned, but no-go.

I restarted the server through ssh, but am I missing something in the Settings area to be able to cancel downloads and/or restart the plexmediaserver?
