Download on Android Plex (tablet) does not work

Plex on my Samsung Tab S8 tablet. Trying to download movies to SD Card. Download options set to Original so as to not trigger transcoding. When I flag a title for download, it says it will start shortly. It doesn’t. There is no indication anything is happening. Plex Server Dashboard shows no activity. If I try to cancel the download, it says “Your download will begin soon”. Is it opposite day? I want to cancel it, not start it. If I do “delete download” it asks if I’m sure and I say YES but nothing happens. This movie is now in limbo and there is no download, no way to stop it (not that it’s doing anything).

As some other articles have said, I’ve set my Remote Access upload speed to 2000 to help hurry things along, but nothing happens. I should note that my tablet is on WiFi on the same network as my Plex Server.

Any ideas as to how to get Downloading of movies and shows working correctly?

Figured it out. I uninstalled the Plex app on my tablet and reinstalled it. Downloads work fine now to both internal and external (mSD card) storage.
