Hi, i’ve got plex pass and tidal and i’ve created a short playlist just to try. Now i’m trying to download this whole playlist by click download but nothings happen, the download doesen’t start and in the download page there is only the logo of the playlist without any traks.
What’s the problem?
So…what download stand for? what is the porpouse?
For sure i read it, but my one was a sarcastic question. I red on the plex website that i can access offline to my content, i purchase and pay one month and than discover that it not the really truth. That’s It.
Tidal content is not your content. You have not purchased it and so you have limited rights/access to that content. And this is a restriction placed by Tidal, not Plex.
Plex is entirely truthful about what you can download and access offline; unfortunately, you misunderstood.
But I also got a Tidal subscription, and with Tidal I can use their offline stuff, so Tidal said “you can use offline with me” (and this is true) and Plex said: “you can use offline with me” (and this is almost true) so I went wrong I know but Plex is not so clear as you said…that’s it.
Tidal says you can use offline with their app. Nowhere does anyone (Tidal or Plex) say you can use Tidal offline with Plex.
I know it’s not what you want to hear 
Generally speaking, music licensing sucks and it’s the artists and consumers who suffer because of it.
What’s about your last sentence? I’m am an artist with 2 album on independent publishing but it doesn’t everything to do…
So…i lost 5 euro, it don’t change my life, you lost a customer, this don’t change your life too.
