This has happened for quite some time now. If a download has begun, and the internet connection cuts out - it completely restarts.
What extra infuriating, is I’m downloading a season or a playlist. I may have already downloaded multiple episodes, but it will restart the whole thing!
Guess I won’t have any entertainment on my flight today.
