[BUG] "No Internet" when connected and accessing downloaded playlist

Following situation: I have my phone freshly restarted after recharging. First, I connected it to the Wi-Fi. Then I opened the Plex App. It confirmed to me that it is connected to the internet via showing my library. Then I navigated to Downloads and then clicked on a Playlist to see its entries. After short loading, Plex app errored, stating me it could’nt load the downloaded because there was no internet and that I should check my connection. But as I said, internet was clearly there.

This is again a big issue with downloads, as I am mostly never able to use them if I allow plex app intenet access. Please fix this quick.
