Downloads on Android "A network error has occurred, please try again later"

I can play videos with no issue. It connects to the server fine. However, when I go to download something, I get this error.

Sometimes a reboot will clear it. Others I have to log out and back into the app.

Force closing and clearing the cache do not resolve it.

Server Version#: 4.113.2
Player Version#: 9.29.1.3463 (1a71eb3)
