I have the following problem with downloads. If I select an episode or film to download with a low quality that triggers transcoding, the download stops after a short time. there are no problems with the “original quality” setting. In the same test on an Nvidia Shield PMS, I also have no problems because the download is also carried out with transcoding. The error should therefore be due to the Plex transcoder setting for the Synology DS. In a test with Emby, the download with transcoding on the Synology DS also works.
