Download function with transcoding not working on Android

Continuing the discussion from Downloads not working properly:

Server Version#: 1.24.1.4931
Player Version#:8.21.2.27212
QNAP Server: 472XT

I have the new Download function activated.
When I select one element to download with transcoding (1080p and 720p tested), it starts for few seconds and then stops by giving me an error “Error while downloading this element”.
When I select download with original quality it works fine.

What do I need to change in settings?
