I have the windows desktop app and I download stuff for offline viewing. Often though when I go to the Downloads library to watch my downloaded content I just get a blank page with the message saying “There was an unexpected error”. Sometimes if I wait eventually the message clears and my downloads appear, other times and I have to close and reopen the app several times until eventually I downloads appear properly.
Does anyone else experience this issue or know what causes it / how to fix it?
