I am trying to activate remote access to our Drobo 5N2. I can not seem to make this work. I have tried following the help articles as well.
Here is a rundown of the setup I have at my home.
Server is hosted on Drobo 5N2 with the drobo app. Seems to be the most recent version of the software available to Drobo since I don’t see an update option.
Our network hardware are 4 Eero Pro stations wired throughout our home.
Our ISP is AT&T Fiber at up to 1000Mbps. The connection coming into the house is through AT&T’s Modem/router, although the wifi is turned off.
A while ago, remote connection was set up, but I noticed it no longer works. I am not sure when it became disabled.
