Remote access connects and drops immediately through BGW320-505, eero

Remote access says connected, available outside the network and drops within a few seconds.

networking setup:
windows host 1gbps ethernet → eero mesh endpoint, bridge mode → 1gb ethernet to ATT uverse router BGW320-505 → Fiber Channel to ATT

Current configuration:

  1. Firewall → nat/gaming → Hosted application → PLEX, TCP 20000-50000, default 32400
  2. Firewall → IP Passthrough → Off

The annoying thing is I have gotten it to work for a few minutes at a time, and I was able to stream 4k from my host to my phone on the data plan.

I adjusted my router to the correct device, and I can now see the service available on the internet, but remote access still shows not working

its lasted more than 10 seconds, so thats encouraging

What you saw was misleading. The way the built-in test works, it ALWAYS starts as green, THEN the test runs, THEN it shows the result. This is terrible and confusing and Plex refuses to fix it.

In any case, glad you got it working!
