Cannot fix issue with Remote Access on Synology DS1520+

Player Version#: 1.32.8.7639
Router: TP Link Archer VR2100 Firmware 1.6.0.0.9.1

I’ve had Remote Access work in the past with this set up but recently it’s stopped working and I cannot figure out what’s wrong and why.

I’m not very technical so please ELI5.
