Drop down menus flicker then disappear on secondary monitors

If the player is launched on a secondary monitor, the drop down menus in Settings will just flicker then disappear. There’s no way to see or select the menu items.

To reproduce:

  1. Launch Windows player.
  2. Move the player window to a secondary monitor. Mine is above the main one.
  3. Close the player.
  4. Launch the player again and it will launch directly to the secondary monitor.
  5. Go to settings and click at any of the drop down menus. For example Plex for Windows → General → Language.
  6. Notice the drop down menu flickers then disappears.

I’m going to reply just to flag that I’m having the same issue and found this issue searching for the symptom.
