On multi monitor switch, Plex player opens off screen

Steps to repro:

  1. Connect two displays, set them side by side, and set Windows to Extend the desktop (Win+P menu)
  2. Open Plex player for Windows
  3. Move the window so it displays on one monitor
  4. Close the Plex player
  5. Use Win+P to change to “PC screen only” or “Second screen only” such that the desktop shows only on the monitor other than the one chosen on Step 3.
  6. Open Plex player. Observe that it opens off screen.

This has been a problem since long before the current version of the Windows player so it applies to most if not all previous versions.
