Drop the check mark, go back to the orange page flip corner

Hi all,

Been a long time fan of plex, but I wanted to drop this in.

It annoys me that all watched media now have a :check_mark:. Please go back to that orange corner at the top right of the media thumbnails. Why?

  • it’s not a todo list
  • If you’ve seen most of the media on your server you don’t need a reminder that you did
  • That little orange corner is something to look forward to and get’s a person excited to know there’s more to watch
  • it simply does not make sense.

I prefer the check mark and found the giant orange triangle to be ugly. :person_shrugging:

I too do not like the check. I find it difficult to see most of the time. I wasn’t much of a fan of the orange triangle either but it was much more visible. I would compromise in the middle with an orange circle or orange check.

Here is the feature suggestion for that.

At least its not green anymore. It used to look way worse.
