Green "Watched" Checkmark, Yellow "Unwatched" earmark

Is there any way to turn off theses Green “Watched” Checkmark, Yellow “Unwatched” earmark functions? I’d rather just have a clean view of the posters. I know what I’ve watched and what I haven’t…
