DS718+ Server to Roku Express Buffer Issues

Newly set-up Plex server running on a Synology 718+ with hardware transcoding enabled. Streaming to a Roku Express on the same network. Seemed to work fine yesterday handling 1080p movies with subtitles. Today trying another 1080 movie and its buffering every few minutes. Yesterday it did not buffer at all. Attached log files, not sure if all 92 or so items were needed.

Had to manually compress the log files, for some reason they seem to be auto unzipped when I download them. Thanks for the Help.

Does the same thing with this file, that I think is H.264 no subtitles and stereo audio. Also not really sure how the hardware acceleration works, but I kinda got the drift that it did the transcoding on the cpu connected to the server, in my case the NAS. I am monitoring the cpu usage and it stays around 5%.
Also does this on the web app in Safari.

HW transcoding is available only for PlexPass holders.

If the CPU stays at 5%, you have a network issue.

Your logs show no HW transcoding is active. It is converting the audio for the Roku (expected)
