The LG G5 TV Does not support DTS, so it transcodes to EAC3. After a minute of playing that fails and buffers. That happens on the Plex at Apple TV 4K (latest gen, 1 Gbit/s ethernet connected) and LG G5 (100 Mbit/s ethernet connected).
The Unraid 7.2.3 NAS is a Intel® Core™ i5-14400, ASRock Z690 PG Riptide, 64 GB Ram (DDR4), 3x Toshiba 20 TB, 2x 2TB NVME and the CPU is literally idle when doing that. I got a plex pass and hw transcoding is enabled.
Every other transcoding action seems to work okay.
Please do not tell me I should buy a new TV or a new player - the Apple TV and LG TV works nice with everything else.
