Duplicated items (shows twice) when adding backup drive?

Server Version#: 1.16.3.1402

Hi there!
Recently I’ve been creating a backup of my video files, and to free some space on my current library, some items have been deleted once copied to my huge backup drive.
Just to avoid losing that deleted content, I added the backup drive as source too, so as example, I have movies in Y:\movies and in O:\movies. most of them are the same, except the deleted ones which appear only in O: drive.
I was expecting plex to add them as duplicates (as different versiones, 1 item, 2 choices when playing it). They have the same name and everything.
What plex’s doing is to create 2 items for each, so if I have a certain movie in both drives, it will show twice on my library, not once with 2 versions.
I tried refreshing metadata, but it just won’t work. they keep showing as 2 different items.

How can I fix that?

I just had a look on the xml of a duplicated item, and while one of them (the older one) has a guid from imdb, the newer one has a guid from themoviedb…

refreshing metadata won’t change it. Any way to force re-scraping of a library?

No, there isn’t a way to change the agent used to match a library after the fact. You’d have to do it 1 movie at a time. The only solution is to create a new library.
