Just added a second copy of Sucker Punch with a different resolution and Plex created second title for it.
It use to make a 2nd copy of it with a 2 in the corner of the title.
What gives? Did Plex break their own software?
How do I make it one title with two versions?
You probably changed the agent of your library since you added the first one. Matches from different agents are not considered duplicates / will not be merged by Plex.
IIRC refreshing the library metadata should also upgrade those old matches.
Alternatively you should always be able to select both and merge them using the context menu.
