Several Song appear twice
The same Album appears twice, one with only one song in it.
The only solution I have found is delete the album, scan, copy it back and scan again,
Not fun but it works. Too bad they will not fix the bug.
I’ve typically only observed it with albums I have 2 copies of (in my case I first started my music library with lower quality m4a or mp3 files then added FLAC versions thinking it would show it once but allow me to choose which version to play).
Yesterday, however, I added a double CD album to my library and that happened. The album appears twice, with the second entry showing what wasn’t matched in the first…

2nd entry just has 3 songs which were not associated with the first for some reason
I thought I could fix this with a merge but decided against it when I saw that some of the songs were matched incorrectly and/or associated with the wrong disc. I suspect the metadatasource to be the issue and will look further into it. For now, I just hope it picks the correct song when I want to listen to something.
In my case there were not dups in my library - I check the info and they all pointed to the exact same file.
