DVB-T Realtek RTL2832U & R820T DVB-T Tuner Support

I have a lot of USB TV Dongles based on the RTL2832U & R820T DVB-T Tuner which I use with Raspberry PI’s
Could you add support for this tuner to Plex as the are a nice letter and cheap (£10) Usb TV Tuner?
